Bookings can be made via our online booking system. The total balance is due at least 7 days before check-in. We do not accept provisional bookings so please do not make a booking unless you are in a position to honour it.

We are able to refund cancelled bookings more than 7 days prior to arrival. In the event of late cancellations or no-shows, we do not offer any (either full or partial) refund.
In the unlikely event of cancellation of your booking by us – if we are unable to provide the booked holiday and have to cancel before the holiday is due to start – you are entitled to a full refund of the money you have paid. You may also choose alternative dates.

Check-in is from 4pm.

Check out is up to 10am. Please lock the pod and leave keys in the lockbox.

Please park in the designated area at the pod. Please reverse park into space allocated at pod as this makes exit easier. We have shared access with the farmer who visits the adjoining field daily. Thank you.

All essential appliances and utensils are provided along with fresh towels and bedding, shower/toilet, a kitchen with microwave and hob, Wi-Fi and smart TV. The pod contains a small double bed, comfy sofa and small dining table.
There is a panel heater and underfloor heating in the pod.

For safety reasons this is strictly prohibited.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the pod. Thank you for your understanding.

There are small convenience stores in the nearby town of Lochgilphead as well as a small selection of pubs and restaurants.

Due to being approx. 3 miles from the nearest town we would recommend guests have the use of a vehicle. There is also a bus stop only a short walk from the pod.
